1. These terms and conditions regulate the FloatZig product promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) offered by Reviva Technology Proprietary Limited trading as Reebok SA (“Reebok SA”). Issue of the Promotion is on the terms and conditions set out below, and participation herein shall be deemed acceptance by you of these terms and conditions.4

2. The Promotion period is valid from 21 March 2024 to 15 May 2024. (the “Promotion Period”).

3. As part of the promotion and during the Promotion Period only, Reebok SA will be offering a 30-day money-back guarantee in respect of each pair of FloatZig1 running tech shoes (the “Product”) bought by an end-consumer (hereinafter the “participant”), this being subject to the reasonable discretion of Reebok SA. Reasons for returning the Product may include discomfort, defect or any general fact or circumstance which causes the end-consumer to not be satisfied.

4. The Promotion is open to all South African residents who are 18 years and older as at the start of the Promotion Period.

5. The Promotion shall be participated by and be run across (collectively hereinafter the “Participating Stores”):

5.1. the Reebok SA ecommerce website at www.reebok.co.za;

5.2. the Reebok SA retail store situated at Canal Walk shopping centre;

5.3. Totalsports retail store situated at Menlyn & Canal Walk respectively;

6. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, the participant must during the Promotion Period purchase any pair of the Product from or through any Participating Store .

7. Products bought prior to the start or after the end of the Promotion Period will not be considered as part of the Promotion.

8. In addition to the Promotion:

8.1. Subject to the remainder of this paragraph 9 and as an added benefit, the Participant may receive a bespoke FloatZig1 T-Shirt (“Added Benefit”) with every pair of the Product bought.

8.2. The Added Benefit offer:

8.2.1 will be exclusive to the Participating Stores listed in paragraphs 5 only

8.2.2 is subject to the availability of stock and sizes at the relevant Participating Stores; and

8.2.3 The Added Benefit may be retained by the Participant irrespective of whether the Product is returned in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Processing of Your Personal Information

8.3. In accordance with section 18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA“) the participant is hereby expressly informed (or the Participating Stores shall ensure that the participant is expressly informed) that by participating in the Promotion the Participant is providing Reebok SA and or any of the Participating Stores with his/her personal information and that, by doing so and in terms of section 11 of POPIA, the Participant hereby voluntarily and expressly consent to Reebok SA and or any of the Participating Stores processing the Participant’s personal information for the following purposes:

8.3.1. to provide or manage any information, products and/or services requested by the Participant pursuant to your engagement with Reebok SA and or any of the Participating Stores;

8.3.2. to establish the Participant’s needs, requirements, and preferences in relation to the products and/or services provided by Reebok SA and or any of the Participating Stores;

8.3.3. to allocate a unique identifier to the Participant for the purpose of securely storing, retaining and recalling the Participant’s personal information from time to time, regardless of whether the Participant concludes an agreement with Reebok SA;

8.3.4. to improve the quality of Reebok SA’s products and services and or any of the Participating Stores;

8.3.5. to analyse the Participant’s personal information collected for research and statistical purposes;

8.3.6. to transfer the Participant’s personal information across the borders of South Africa to other jurisdictions should it be required in the legitimate pursuit of Reebok SA’s and or any of the Participating Stores’ business requirements; and

8.3.7. to identify products and services which might be of interest to the Participant, as well as to inform the Participant of such products and/or services by means of direct marketing.

8.4. Reebok SA will only process the Participant’s personal information in a manner consistent with the provisions of its Privacy Policy as well as for the purposes set out in these terms and conditions.

8.5. Reebok SA will not process the Participant’s personal information for purposes of direct marketing as envisaged in terms of section 69 of POPIA. However, should the Participant indicate at any point during your interactions with Reebok SA that the Participant consent to direct marketing from Reebok SA, the Participant is entitled to withdraw such consent at any later stage and such a withdrawal of consent shall not have any effect on the Participant’s participation in the Promotion.

9. Reebok SA hereby reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and hold void, amend, or cancel this offer or the Promotion without any notice or liability whatsoever.

10. Promotion disclaimer: Reebok SA, its associated companies, directors, agents, employees, and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this promotional offer through the Promotion.

11. System Failure: No member of Reebok SA its associated companies, directors, agents, employees, and contractors shall be responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of Reebok SA which may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.

12. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant.
