Reebok Golf – LIV Golf VIP Experience Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entry

  1. Entry into this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Competition is open to residents of South Africa (“SA”) aged 18 years and older, except employees of the Promoter, their families, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.

  3. To enter the Competition, participants must:
    i. Spend R1500 (one thousand five hundred Rand) or more on Reebok Golf products in a single transaction;
    ii. Purchase via www.reebok.co.za, Reebok Canal Walk, or participating Pro Shop outlets;
    iii. Provide valid contact details at point of purchase (where applicable) or ensure their purchase is linked to their customer profile.

  4. Each qualifying transaction of R1500 or more constitutes one (1) entry into the Competition. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying transaction.

  5. The Competition runs from 18.02.2026 at 14:00 SAST to 08.03.2026 23:59 SAST (“Competition Period”). Any purchases made outside of this period will not be considered.

  6. Entrants must retain their proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request original proof of purchase for verification purposes.

  7. The Promoter reserves the right not to accept entries from any entrant who fails to satisfy the entry criteria and/or who it perceives to be unsuitable to enter the Competition for any reason.

  8. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries, including lost proof of purchase.

2. Winner Selection and Prize

  1. Five (5) winners (“Winners”) will be selected via a random draw conducted by Reviva Technologies’ nominated legal representatives within 2 days after the Competition Period has ended.

  2. There are a total of five (5) prizes available to be won.

  3. Each Prize consists of:

  • Two (2) 4-day VIP pass to the LIV Golf event at Steyn City;

  • Accommodation for the Winner and one (1) partner (sharing basis);

  • Return domestic travel within South Africa for the Winner and partner;

  • An entertainment allowance (value to be confirmed by the Promoter).

  • An Uber voucher for travel (value to be confirmed by the Promoter).

  1. The total prize value may vary depending on travel location and accommodation rates.

  2. The winner must be have a valid Identification document.

  3. The Winner selected is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  4. Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone within 7 days following the draw.

  5. Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize and a new Winner may be selected.

  6. The Promoter reserves the right to request any information deemed necessary to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of the Winner.

  7. A Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize if:
    i. The Winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance within 2 days;
    ii. The Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Terms;
    iii. The Winner fails to provide required verification documentation;
    iv. The Winner declines the Prize.

  8. If the Prize is forfeited, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from remaining valid entries.

3. Prize Conditions

  1. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  2. The Prize does not include:

  • Meals or beverages not specified;

  • Additional transport outside of the specified travel arrangements;

  • Personal expenses;

  • Travel insurance (unless otherwise specified);

  • Any other costs not expressly included in the Prize description.

  1. The Winner and their partner must be available to travel on the dates of the LIV Golf event. If a Winner is unavailable on the specified dates, the Prize will be forfeited.

  2. The Winner and their partner are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and comply with any travel or event entry requirements.

  3. The Promoter is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the LIV Golf event due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or similar value.

  4. The Promoter is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LIV Golf, Bryson DeChambeau, or Steyn City beyond the provision of event access as part of the Prize.

4. General

  1. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the Promoter processing their personal information for purposes of administering the Competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  2. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Competition without additional compensation.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel, suspend or amend the Competition at its sole discretion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

  4. The entrant acknowledges that participation in the Prize (including travel and attendance at the event) is at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of the Prize.

  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
