How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on your delivery address and when you place your order
Standard Delivery
All orders over R750 qualify for free delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R750. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.
Please note that some bulky items may only be available on Standard Delivery.
Main centres (delivery within 3 - 4 working days)
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberley.
Outlying areas (delivery within 5-7 working days)
All orders over R750* qualify for free delivery, please see the delivery fee calculated at checkout if your order is below R750. Applicable to all areas within South Africa.
Note: a day refers to a normal business day and excludes Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

Confirmation email
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Tracking and delivery
To follow your order, please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. The courier company will wait for you to try on your purchase, making sure it suits your needs. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
